- Cottage cheese, walnut and honey sandwiches

- Ingredients (quantities depend on how much filling you want)

- Cottage cheese (or fromage frais, or ricotta)
- Runny honey
- Chopped walnuts
- Brown wholemeal bread

- Pile cheese on one slice of bread, top with chopped walnuts.
- Spread the other slice with runny honey and place (honey side
- down) over the cheese and walnuts. No butter needed, xo this
- is a good sandwich for those who try to keep their fat intake
- down.

- Not my original recipe; I bought this sandwich as a takeaway
- somewhere a while ago, and liked it enough to make it frequently
- since. It's more filling than you'd think.
